Ingredients
1 package Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafers (180 g) ¾ cup golden sultana raisins (112 g) 2 large eggs (112 g) 2 tsp pure vanilla extract (8 g) 1 cup brown sugar (206 g) 6 tbsp soft butter - reserve 2 tbsp (90 g)

Directions
Base
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line an 8” x 8” pan with foil (bottom and sides).
- Crumb Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafers in a food processor (fine crumb size).
- In a medium bowl combine 4 tablespoons butter and crumbed vanilla wafers. Using a knife or pastry cutter, cut butter into vanilla crumb until incorporated.
- Press crumb into base of pan. Set aside.
Filling
- Spread raisins on base in an even layer.
- In a medium bowl combine eggs, reserved 2 tablespoons butter, vanilla and brown sugar. Mix for 3 - 4 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Pour filling on top of raisin layer. Tap lightly on counter to create an even layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 22 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
- Carefully lift out of pan using foil to help. Remove foil and cut into squares.
Yields 15 squares
